Once equivalencies have been selected, they can be exported to Microsoft® Word or Excel. Exporting this data allows the user to further review what equivalencies may need to be updated due to curriculum changes and provides a means to share information with stakeholders.

First, locate the equivalencies that will need exporting using the linked instructions.
- Note that a maximum of 5,000 equivalencies can be exported at once. If the search produces more than 5,000 records, it will need to be refined to allow for batch editing.
In the below example, CollegeSource University is looking to find all (and only) active equivalencies to the home institution course COMM103. This search was done in March 2025, as noted in the explanation of the search criteria.
