Request Access to Public View Management

Use of the Public View is granted by permission from CollegeSource. To request access, an individual must be a TES Administrator. Once granted, TES Administrators can configure and deploy a Public View on behalf of the institution to share transfer equivalencies, articulation agreements, and transfer guides with prospective students. This article provides instructions for requesting access to the Public View.

CollegeSource implemented the Public View approval process on 12/04/2024. Colleges and universities meeting ALL the following criteria were grandfathered into the use of the Public View and were not required to request approval:

  1. Have and maintain an active TES subscription.
  2. Store equivalencies in TES.
  3. Have a deployed Public View on 12/02/2024.
    • A Public View is deployed when its DISPLAY MODE setting is ON.
