Use the Reciprocal Report to quickly add equivalencies to courses from other institutions that have designated transfer equivalencies to your courses. Only actually catalog courses will appear in these lists. In other words, if an institution has designated that your course will be accepted by their institution for elective credit (with a User-Added Course as the target), you will not see that equivalency in this list.
