Search All Data Sets

You can search for a course across all the institution’s data sets by entering it in the SEARCH ALL DATA SETS: section. You can search by code using the COURSE CODE or by title using the COURSE TITLE search features. These searches will display every version of that course from that institution’s data sets in the TES database.*

• Searching for the Course Code of “ACC 201” will produce a list of every time that course appeared in a University of Nevada-Las Vegas catalog

• You may select any number of these course versions and display the course information
  
• The course descriptions for the selected courses will display:
  • You can print or e-mail the selected course descriptions using the icons that appear at the top of the page

  

• To search by title, enter the full or partial COURSE TITLE and select the Course Title radio button. All versions of any course with these words in the title will be displayed.*

• Searching for the Course Title of “theater” will produce a list of every time a course appeared in a University of Nevada-Las Vegas catalog with those keywords in the title
  
• You may select any number of these course versions and display the course information.
  
• The course descriptions for the selected courses will display:
  
• You can print or e-mail the selected course descriptions using the icons that appear at the top of the page. The e-mail will come from tes@collegesource.com (so your recipients will need to designate that as a safe sender so that it doesn’t get filtered into Junk or Spam). The e-mail will contain all the details of the course description(s) you selected.
