Reporting An Issue

To report an issue:
  1. Select the Contact Us button on this page.
    • If viewing this article inside the Help beacon, select the pop-out icon to the right of the article name to be taken to the TES Support Center, where this button will appear.
  2. Fill in the supplied fields and provide as much information as possible about the issue.
  3. Select Send a message.

Scheduled maintenance. A message was posted to TES informing users that TES would be unavailable/intermittent during this time. Completed

6/5/2024

7:20 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. PT

TES experienced a period of slowness during which time-out errors occurred. TES returned to normal functioning after a misperforming scheduled process was stopped. Fixed

5/1/2024

10:20 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. PT


A data maintenance error caused TES to be taken offline. A message was posted to the CollegeSource website informing users that TES was unavailable. A message was posted to TES when data was restored. Fixed

5/1/2024

8:37 a.m. - 10:02 a.m. PT

TES experienced a period of slowness due to a code update. The code was reverted to a previous version until it could be revised and put into production. Fixed

4/23/2024

9:00 p.m. - 9:09 p.m. PT


Scheduled server maintenance. A message was posted to TES informing users that emails sent from TES would be temporarily delayed. Fixed

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. PT

Due to internal querying, TES experienced a period of slowness during which time-out errors occurred. TES returned to normal functioning after the query was complete. Fixed
